If a verification code does not arrive, confirm that your phone number and country code are correct, wait for the resend timer, and try again. We will never ask you to send us a one-time verification code.
Safety and reports
Use the report or block controls in lowk whenever they are available. For an urgent safety concern or a report you cannot submit in the app, email [email protected]with the relevant username and screenshots. Do not include another person's phone number.
Subscriptions and purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can restore lowk+ from the in-app purchase screen and manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple handles billing and refund decisions.
Privacy and account deletion
You can start permanent account deletion inside lowk from Settings. For a privacy request or a question about your information, email [email protected]. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.
